"We spent a night in this hotel to celebrate our 10 years of marriage, we will no longer put our feet back because the benefits are far from being at the height of the requested amount. We arrived in the suite, all the curtains were drawn and an old fans were truncated, not very welcoming to begin. A wrinkled curtain rod, a multiprise that hangs under the TV, a bathroom all siliconed in white, the water that hardly flows into the bathtub, in short a little rabies but it's not the worst. The swimming pool was cold (22° , the booking system of the SPA zero because we found ourselves at two on the same niche, it had to be explained... As for the restaurant, the service is lamentable (stagiary that should sincerely change the way , shingles slit windows and piles accumulate on the window supports , a pestilential odor comes to spoil meals. Fortunately we ate very well, the hotel master and the incumbent servers seemed at the level (we almost had only the intern... and champagne was good. To summarize: we paid more than a stay already spent in the very prestigious domain in Reims, for a different level of service."

"Since the new owner change. Now these are two very nice and very pleasant frangins that hold the delights. Always very well received. Pizzas in size mega, more than excellent. To have almost all tasted, a pure treat. I highly recommend!!! "
