Pizzeria Apollo - Carta

This restaurant in London serves the best pizza! It is absolutely delicious, comparable to those in Napoli. The staff is also great.

Incredible smoked cheese on the veggie (courgette and peppers) pizzaI actually ate the whole damn pie (covers face in shame) save for one slice.

Apollo Pizzeria is quite an unassuming restaurant front, with neon signage and what looks to be a small space inside that won't fit many people in at all. Ver carta

Overall it was ok, pizza was good but service was quite slow and upstairs dining is much better than downstairs. Enjoyed the music. Need more vegetarian options.

Really nice food but bad service. The waitress kept forgetting items on our and other table's orders which meant people ended up having their starters that came late at the same time others were eating dessert.

Excellent pizza as always, I don't know where you can get better in London. Good service and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. We were impressed this time with the range of unusual Italian aperitifs/digestifs. A nice change from the pizza chains you see everywhere. Highly recommended. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, made with high-quality ingredients and servings are generous. We were lucky to be seated at a round table that accommodated our 7-person party, a rare find nowadays. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow and we wished there were more choices for pizza toppings and drinks.

I want to express my gratitude to Pizzeria Apollo for making my birthday celebration truly special. The spacious basement dining area was ideal for hosting my larger group of friends. The food and wine offerings were exceptional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend supporting these talented individuals and showing your love for local independent restaurants.

Ever on the hunt for London’s best purveyors of tomato sauce and gooey cheese slathered onto thin, round bread, I took a trip last weekend to Stoke Newington for a friend’s birthday at Apollo Pizzeria.
