"Our visit was ruined by the staff who were unwelcoming and rude. No one had pre-warned us that we needed to present ID to be able to enter the restaurant when we phoned to book, and unfortunately the hotel had retained our passports. We arrived, fully masked, punctually for our reserved table at 7pm, but were greeted with neither a smile nor any degree of politeness. We were eventually seated after a considerable fuss, but were rushed through the meal as they needed the table for another booking at 9pm. For us, part of the pleasure of going to Italy is to enjoy hearing and speaking the Italian language, and the waiter’s insistence that it would be quicker and easier for him if we were to just converse in English was quite frankly offensive. Our group of 13 was also crammed onto 4 small tables, even though we were the only people in the large and spacious room until another family of 4 arrived at 8pm. We had no space for all the plates, bottles and glasses, let alone elbows! It was such a shame that we were made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome, as the pizzas were really delicious. If you are worried about Covid19, large groups, or English visitors, maybe you should not take the booking??"

I really enjoyed my pizza here. I have been here several times with my family and i have never left in disappointment. The dough might be a bit heavy but it's so nice and soft. Also the desserts are quite nice. The thing i don't like is the noise. It is always very busy so the noise it's quite extreme.
