We always like to go here. Reelle prices, very nice owner who has been leading the restaurant since 1994, attentive team and not to forget really good food and rich selection. Reservation is also recommended during the week if you want to get a place.

Wir hatten Besuch und waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Mare e Monti. Fünf Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig. Toller Service und SUPER leckeres Essen!!! Die Bewertungen im Netz versprachen mehr, als uns dann tatsächlich erwartete.... Auf ein Gericht mit Steinpilzen hatten wir uns gefreut: Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen für 16,00 Euro. Ein stolzer Preis. Die Steinpilze waren auf keinen Fall frisch, wahrscheinlich Trockenpilze, eingeweicht und dann serviert. Die Konsistenz wie Gummi, kein Geschmack. Der Salat (extra) war in einer Fertigsauce getränkt. Nein, das war kein empfehlenswertes Essen. Das Ambiente ist ganz nett. Das Restaurant war auch Mitte der Woche gut besucht. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall eine Reservierung. Wir kommen noch einmal wieder, weil es günstig für uns liegt, aber Steinpilze essen wir woanders oder bereiten sie selbst zu... Ver carta

This restaurant was recommended for a short stay in Cologne for a concert. So we're here without knowing what food and drinks are. The road went smoothly, the first problem was for us to find a parking lot because the road is completely covered. However, there is a narrow entrance through which it goes to a backyard where there should apparently be customer parking.
