pizzeria atipica, non è la solita pizza. nel senso che è una pizzeria al taglio con in più servizio ai tavoli. la pizza è friabile fatta con grano particolare ma in definitiva è buona e soprattutto molto digeribile e condita bene. elogio anche ai fritti, che sono asciutti e croccanti. i prezzi sono convenienti specialmente se si prenota con the_fork. per alcuni anni il locale ha cambiato posizione, più ampio, più affabile all'interno e spazio esterno con tavoli e sedie. una lode deve essere fatta alle ragazze che gestiscono la pizzeria perché oltre organizzato e affabile, spesso inventare mille tipi di pizze diverse, gole esotiche e locali. Penso che sarebbe meglio migliorare la pasta, ma a mio parere, che a volte non è croccante e non saporito.

This little hole in the wall restaurant is a must! Not only are the staff so nice and welcoming, but the food is wonderful! You can order pizza by the meter with practically any topping you want! My favorites are tomatoes with arugula, sausage, zucchini and peppers, mushrooms and prosciutto, and even french fries (sounds crazy, but you have to try it, SOOO good! . I would suggest ordering a mix, which is perfect to share, so you can try all the different combinations they have! The restaurant is right in the heart of downtown Tolentino, so you can just smell the pizza as you're walking around!
