Pizzeria Rotuvilla - Menú

This is my favourite restaurant in Rottweil, there is a very extensive menu, the pizzas in particular are excellent while the owners are very hospitable. Definitely worth a visit.

Variety was out of this world. Service was good and quick. The pizzas were huge, much bigger than our stomachs. One of our party was Italian and they spoke his language there, much to his pleasure.

If you can't find a pizza you like here you are way too picky. there are pages of different pizzas. i had the Pizza Zingara and it was fantastic. Pasta dishes and salads are also available but I went with the pizza. nice thin crust,...planty of toppings not too much sauce. yummy!

We arrived in Rottweil (and in Germany) on a Monday and walked around Rottweil on a cloudy cold day to work off the jet lag. All the restaurants and bars seemed to be closed but finally we found Rotuvilla where we had Margarita Pizza and...beer for a late lunch. Traditional German decor, friendly service, good pizza.

The pizza's are ok but nothing special and definitely not authentic as many of the reviews say. For one it states in the menu that they use a German/Dutch type of cheese as a topping. The interior of the building is lovely and its not...expensive so if your not fussy definitely go in there as the pizza's aren't too expensive. However if you want a better Pizza, go to the MarktHalle or Nemo Turkish resturants.

We stayed in a local hotel and wondered into the town to find somewhere to eat. This was the place that we took a look in and it was great. The menu selection is good and the pizza that my colleague had was massive....Unfortunately neither of us had any foreign money on us as we had just arrived and was unable to leave a tip which we most definately should have as the service and value was excellent. Worth a visit.

It's quite difficult to eat at Lunch on monday in Rottweil. This was the only one restaurant we could find open. It's particular, because You can find either german dishes, either italian ones, as the Management is from Sardinia. So You can eat sardinian ravioli...or other typical Type of pasta: good quality and well done Sauce. We don't like too much the typical Schnitzel with potatoes: Meat should be cooked better, Not too much and so dry. The Restaurant was confortable and quite, the waitress gentle. IT has been a nice esperience.

We came to this restaurant in the center of Rottweil for supper. The of us had two different antipastis, both excellent. I had a really yummy traditional lasagna. One of us had a very nice pizza. A friend had the octopus and it was...just good, but rather plain. The décor here is very nice and homey. Prices were fair. If you are in the Rottweil area, this is one of the best places to eat. They are closed Tuesdays, I think. Don't open for supper until Outdoor seating is on a busy sidewalk. We were very lucky to get a table for dinner without reservation, on a Monday evening, at this busy genuine Italian restaurant. It's obviously a favorite with the locals. Looking around us ..at the size of the servings), we asked to share the starter, a...delicious beef carpaccio...and just as well we did. We chose pizzas for main from a very extensive selection...and were happy with what we got...we loved the thin crust! No way we could manage sweets after that, but the ristretto was real good! The bill for the meal, with a very acceptable wine, was so reasonable, we almost felt guilty. The service was friendly too.
