"Just ridiculous. We ordered 1 carving and 1 pizza yesterday. We were offered that we could pick up the food in 20 minutes or have to wait a bit. Since the place is 2 kilometers away from us, we thought the delivery was quick. After 1 hour, we just got too stupid and by phone, we didn't want to eat anymore, and the man on the phone just got up. For us the thing was eaten(or not). After a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes the food came and we refused acceptance on the grounds that we ordered it by phone. Shortly after that, the boss calls us to the phone, yells like a madman, and claims we never called and said they don't need any more supplies, and he sends us the police. We then sent a screenshot from our call list via Whatsapp and a language memo. Then there was nothing more... unharmed behavior, no apology and everything else than customer oriented. Never never again"

we never order anything again, we have ordered 2 times salmon noodles there was everything else in except salmon, in the noodles with tuna was the tuna bad we had to hand over in the salat were haare and the salat rock with it. the 36€ were unfit for the mülltonne that was eating.

Was the first and last time I ordered there. I ordered a small salad and get a big one for say and write 9.00€ have picked it up and the employees don't even understand. Then called and asked if the prices changed and he said the salad was 3€ more expensive and the pizza was 0.50€. You could at least give a info or change prices on the net.

Never again! Ordered pizza was not delivered at the desired time. An hour later. We already called after 15 minutes of delay and shared with that we wait where our pizza remains.
