"I looked for a place where to eat baccal in the area, and the only one that came out was Pizzeria Ristorante Vesuvio. I would not define this place a restaurant due to the fact that they serve food (mostly pizza as I could see)...almost like a fast food: there is very low contact between the client and staff and the waiters (very young but polite) that deliver the dishes to the table and do not really know what they are serving and who are the clients. I went with a friend at dinner last nigh and both of us ate baccal that was well prepared; the paccheri con ceci e baccal did not have much baccal, but a lot of ceci (garbanzo beens, canned and (good) cherry tomatoes. The flavors were not very well mixed and amalgamated. It seemed like if everything was mixed together at the last minute: a good pasta with tomatoes, anyway. We also had fried baccal that was well prepared and well cooked, not greasy. My friend had a passata di ceci con baccal arrosto that was well prepared and presented. Finally a bab al rum"well cooked, but with no rum flavor. No emotions, unfortunately, just a decent meal. Short list of wines. A little bit too pricy for what you get."

we visited this in our first night in foligno during the aftereffect of coronavirus lockdown lockdown locking. very enjoyable neapolitan pizzas, washed with a beautiful montefalco. chips were also an interesting experience.

Io sono entrato casualmente con zero aspettative, ero a cena con un collega dopo una giornata di lavoro in trasferta, veramente mi sono trovato molto bene; cibo ottimo, tempi di attesa brevi, personale cortese, consigliato!!

superiore la pizza (ho mangiato solo per ora), top per il posto dove è (comodo), top per il personale cordiale, top per la velocità! pizza davvero ottima, ottima qualità dei prezzi. difficile trovare così bene intorno. Bene.

Sono andato pensando di trovare un locale con cucina napoletana visto il nome , in realta' solo la pizza e' napoletana ,per il resto piu' ristorante che pizzeria , peccato che sulla pizza mettano il cotto in cottura(doppia cottura) e nella capricciosa manca l'uovo direi che la farcitura voto 5 mentre ottimo l'impasto.neanche i dolci sono Napoletani peccato birra solo chiara , non accettano Amex direi grossa pecca perche' e' come se rifiutassero i miei soldi.

nonostante la lettura delle recensioni negative, principalmente basate sul personale, abbiamo deciso di provare la cena. aveva, la pizza si rivela essere il classico napoletano (ben lievitato, buona, perfetta cucina); fiori di zucca in pastella davvero ottimo da andare con l'insalata che accompagna, contrastando così la frittata; semplice insalata di mare che spicca il goto di frutti di mare; patterscoli con ottimo polipo, aromatizzati da una salsa che merita la scarpa; spumante vino bianco della casa, chardonnay, servito fresco. cortese, professionale, attenta alla clientela, impersonata nel nostro caso come una roberta che ha saputo aggiungere la giusta simpatia e accoglienza. vogliamo tro...
