"It’s a Chinese buffet restaurant (also has sushi and other Asian dishes). If you like Western style “Chinese” food, then this is the best in the area. The food is fresh and replenished continuously. It’s all well cooked and tasty. I love the fish, noodles, spicy prawns and sushi. If you want an “authentic” Asian experience don’t come here. You’ll have to go further afield (Asia) because you’re not going to find it in the Dordogne. If you want a small, quiet, traditional restaurant, this isn’t for you either. I can’t understand the reviews complaining about the noise or atmosphere. You can see what the restaurant is like as you walk through the door and if it’s not your cup of tea, don’t sit down to eat! If you want good, plentiful, fresh, well-cooked Chinese buffet food at a reasonable price in the Bergerac area, this restaurant is better than all the rest!"

the deco is rather nice, helpful staff, but the kitchen has nothing exceptional as in all these types of establishment...to eat Chinese without ruining.

When we do our weeklyshop we always lunch here. Sometimes we take visitors here on the way to the airport. It really is a treat. Great setting, lovely fresh, hot food regularly refilled. Nice people and great choice.

We really liked this restaurant on past visits, but our experience yesterday was quite poor. The menus are torn and grubby , the placemats frayed, the food lukewarm and the service indifferent. Really sad to see how somewhere can go downhill so quickly.

Unbelievable value for money and the staff always have a smile and are welcoming. Pets are welcome. Food is well presented and tastes delicious. Selection of food is good too both hot and cold. Can certainly recommend this restaurant. Been coming to France now 2 years and always make it a place to eat. Last year we managed 2 trips. Ver carta

Curious about the good reviews we went to see by ourselves. It's average, and the price is low. The sweet and sour is not bad. The steamed ravioli are too thick, the shrimp tastes a bit bland. Sushi is not great and there is an overall lack of plain rice. The on-demand dishes were kind of a let down. Conclusion: it's a good value, but don't expect high gastronomy. Also the buffet is fun for the kids.

I checked out others nearby and this is the best of the self-service buffet grills. Easy parking, bright and welcoming reception area, aircon and immediate service. Excellent layout for easy grazing over a very wide range of South and Far East cuisine. Fish, meat and vegetarian starters and mains and a massive numner of deserts too. All nicely cooked or ready for you to choose how you want it cooked by the chefs and with or without any of the five sauces. Bill? €17:50.Drinks not expensive here - just €2 for a glass of wine. Back again in a few days.

"We went to L'Omelettaria for dinner with family and we were agreeably surprised by our experience there. Despite the fact that the restaurant was empty when we arrived which isn't that reassuring for a restaurant located in the very heart of the city, the owner was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. When it comes to the menu, options are varied; from omelets to salads and burgers, you can take your pick! There was also a correct amount of dessert options to choose from. As a pescatarian, I really appreciated the owner's thought of adding both vegetarian and pescatarian options to the menu which I believe and according to the menu we'd seen online weren't there before. Overall, the food was great: my mom and I both had the Atlantide omelet which consisted in an omelet filled with white asparagus and crème fraiche and topped with a slice of smoked salmon and lemon. My dad had the Paysanne omelet which was pretty filling; it was stuffed with mushrooms, cheese, potatoes and lardons. As for my sister, she had the Cheddar burger and it looked bomb. She loved it but couldn't finish it and honestly, I wouldn't have been able to finish it either because it was HUGE. Everything was served with a side of fries and salad which is nice and I NEED to mention that the fries are homemade and they are amazing. We thought we would still be hungry after dinner but it wasn't the case; considering the quality of the food and the fact that it is very filling, the prices are quite correct. Now, attention needs to be drawn towards the fact that the place in itself is not very noisy, but it is extremely close to a very busy street so it can get rapidly annoying. I do recommend this place, and I will absolutely do this again with friends in the summer after a few drinks at the bar which is a few steps away!"
