food was very average.,Staff are very friendly I was disappointed with the ambience , was expecting a restaurant not a café, but stayed I'm sure a tour of the house would have made it a much better experience

We were met and greeted at the door. We were then taken to the dining room where the table was already layed out for us. The food was freshly prepared and was very tasty! The we were given a tour of the house. It was well presented and thought out.

Six of us went for lunch at Llanelly house and it was superb ! the beef rago,felinfoel faggots,brazed pork gower sausages all were lovely, all the plates were totaly empty going back, and a cracking pint of Shed head with the food ,staff were warm and frendly, great welcome we will be going back again very soon .

Had a lovely coffee before the tour. Some people had booked a table to have lunch or afternoon tea at the end. The tour was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed it and Craig was an excellent guide. A lot of information to take in. Would definitely go again. A much-needed tourist attraction for Llanelli and a lovely venue for private functions too.

I stopped off for lunch after reading a few reviews. How good could it be? Blooming fantastic… that’s how good. I ordered the chicken with greens with a honey and mustard dressing. It was simply perfectly seasoned and flavoured. I wish I could eat here every day. Amazingly well done chef and the service was second to none. What a beautiful experience! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks so much for a superb meal and experience!

My Daughter, Wife and myself were the first customers into Llanelly House following the last lockdown. We were welcomed by Mark and his staff who have given us the same WARM WELCOME every visit since. When you walk into Llanelly House you enter a world of piece and tranquility. The menu is comprehensive and is tastefully prepared and presented by polite friendly staff. Besides the food the building is an early -18th-century Georgian town house conveniently positioned in the centre of Llanelli

Called in today for light snack. Not busy so thought it would be nice and quick. Coffee is lovely there but our food didn’t arrive and ended up cancelling order as coffee was finished and just didn’t have the time to wait any longer. Disappointing especially as there wasn’t a lunch time rush. Also the toilets leave a lot to be desired broken seat, no toilet paper, dirty sinks not what you would expect at Llanelli House and especially during these times of Covid when cleanliness is so important. It used to be one of the best places to visit, shame to say it’s not anymore

Well what a gem Llanelli House is. Visited today with my niece to celebrate her birthday by taking a tour of the house followed by afternoon tea. Firstly thank you Craig for such an informative and interesting walk around the house, and this was further enhanced by Multimedia presentations in certain areas which brought the story to life. Thank you also for your patience with the raft of questions you were asked . Secondly and finally thank you to the bistro staff for the delicious afternoon tea and copious amounts of tea. Great Caffe Latte in a fantastic restored Period,historic stately home.The staff are all brilliant and hard working but I must highlight two baristas who always serve us with a smile-Tracey and Nikki.However,Nikki's energy,enthusiasm and extraordinary helpfulness elevate her to be as good as it gets.Just extraordinary !!
