"the good: the service is impeccable. the personal has a very high attention for the cook and the food they present to them. the courses come with a declaration and some even a history of food source. every cure looks like a work of art. not so good: food art is generally not great. if they formed their flesh pure and into a 1 inch triangle with a sauce that does not go completely together, then they can like food art. we didn't cost it at all. every cure was extremely small and full of stranger aromes that we simply did not like. we were not the only ones either. the table next to us refused further courses after the first 3 and just demanded some bourbon. the table over us began to laugh when they served knochenmark pure on a real bone and mentioned that their dog has the same bone. to watch everyone's face as they both got and tasted eating was entertaining in themselves. we had only 2 options for menu courses. the cheapest are 180€ per person, drinks and dessert not included. so overall, nice restaurant, nice people, not the type of food we enjoy and especially not to this high cost. we would have known what we would expect to have not booked here, but I should have done my homework instead of going blind on the basis of their Michelin star status. obviously many people love it on the basis of assessments, unfortunately we have not."

worst food I eat in italy! grilled squid to burn! my fault is that I didn't refuse to eat it! I told the waitress that the food was burned, but only told me that this is going to say in the kitchen! only crostini was good!

Più che una cena, la serata e’ un’ esperienza. Dalla cortesia e dall’ attenzione del personale di sala nei minimi particolari, si passa al cibo, un insieme di sapori e consistenze armonizzate in maniera perfetta, inusuale e mai banale.
