"We were irresistibly attracted to the charming terrace that gave on the peaceful canal, decorated with nenuphar plans and animated by the passage of tourists. The place seemed conducive to relaxation, so we decided to mark a well-deserved break away from the rain to taste mojitos: classic and raspberry. From the first sip, we knew that our choice was wise, because these cocktails were prepared with generosity and a gourmet touch. Comfortably installed at a table close to the canal, we enjoyed the soothing view of the trouts that slipped into the water. The desire to extend this experience prompted us to ask our friendly waitress if it was possible to book a table at the same location for the next Friday, in order to renew this pleasant parenthesis. However, our enthusiasm faded when we observed how the boss treated his employees. Without any reservation, he spoke to them dryly, spoiling the pleasant atmosphere we had enjoyed so far. This discovery left us a bitter taste and pushed us to reconsider our booking project. In addition, we found that the boss spent a lot of his time doing schooling with passers-by to encourage them to attend his school. This insistent approach has left us an unfavourable impression, because we prefer places where the atmosphere is more subtle and where the quality of service speaks of itself."
