La comida está perfectamente cocinada y sabrosa. Tortilla española, seguida de helado casero de chocolate. Altamente recomendado.

A very nice Atrium with Big corridor space ,well connected location thro trams, The view of the few tennis courts around and the salibrous climate during my visit in July 2015 kept me peacefull.

The food was good, not exceptional but good. The Olives were good, but they had a smell which rainwater the room. I liked that the private rooms have windows. The service was not particularly great, but not bad either. On balance a nice place to have lunch.

Solo visitamos el restaurante una vez durante nuestra estancia, como era de esperar, el personal lo recomendó. Está al aire libre con vistas al campo de polo. La comida se cocina en una barbacoa que genera mucho humo y, mientras estábamos allí, personas que ocupaban las mesas cerca del área de cocinar pidieron moverse debido al humo y los gases. Increíble experiencia en el hotel. Servicio asombroso, personal amigable, bien entrenado en hablar varios idiomas. La comida es excelente y el desayuno es hasta las 11 am, ¡incluso te permiten entrar 10 minutos antes de cerrar si te levantas tarde! Algunos lugareños afuera del hotel en el Centro de Barcelona pueden ser un poco conflictivos, así que prepárate después de haber recibido todo el servicio que deseas en el hotel Juan Carlos. En general, Barcelona es una ciudad fantástica llena de arte, lugares de interés y comida. ¡Una ciudad que hay que visitar! Un lugar hermoso.

We chose this hotel, as we have stayed at 2 other Fairmont group hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. Yes, it is not in the city centre, but the city is easily accessed by either the shuttle service which the hotel provides, or the excellent metro service which is only a short walk away. The shuttle drops yoiu outside La Padrena , one of Gaudi's amazing buildings, close to Placa de Catalunya. The hotel is undergoing some work at the moment, but it is still a breath-taking hotel when you enter the foyer! A WOW factor when you look up at the 12 balconies and the 2 glass lifts . I spent four nights here attending a conference at the nearby conference centre. Overall I was very impressed. The rooms are good sized and fitted out to a high standard, the room rate included free Wifi (Hilton please note! and its location close to a metro station means it's a good base for exploring the city despite being a little way out of the centre. The buffet style breakfast was excellent, as you'd expect in a hotel of this standard and the level of srvice is very good. A slight downside is that the front lobby of the hotel are being refurbished so there was some disturbance during the day from work being carried out.
