"Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante per cena, perchè attratti dal Menù ricco e scritto a mano sulla lavagna appoggiata alla bicicletta. Gestore davvero molto accogliente e capace di intrattenere senza essere invadente, locale caratteristico e capace di farti sentire a casa. Prima ancora di portarci il Menù (ricchissimo) ci ha proposto delle alternative molto creative: abbiamo mangiato un risotto (gluten free, così difficile da trovare a Berlino) e una pasta con pomodorini, timo, pecorino, spinaci... davvero molto buono per 8,50 € a testa. Considerando che si è a neanche un kilometro da Alexander Platz, niente male! Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca è il fatto che non accetta Bancomat. Comunque ci torneremo sicuramente!"

Владелец и повар - настоящий артист! Гамби снимал фильмы, строил скульптуры из советских танков напротив рейхстага, а оказалось что его настоящие призвание - ньокки и антипасти.

Le Pontecarlo est un excellent restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine ! Le gérant est très serviable et sympathique; la cuisine quant à elle est très bonne avec des recettes italiennes sortant de l'ordinaire.

Alla prima nostra sera a Berlino abbiamo cenato in questo semplice locale che ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso. Fa tutto il proprietario, vi accoglie vi consiglia e cucina live per voi in un atmosfera particolare. Ottima davvero la pasta. Prezzo ok.

We walked in from the rental apartment we were staying at because there wasn't much else around. The owner?/chef told us what he could cook for us - no menu. We selected and he prepared this fantastic fresh and delicious meal. This is why we live in Europe. This place is a real gem.

Un posto unico per accoglienza e qualità. E' evidente che si tratta di una cucina fatta con passione. Cucina italiana ma con personalità e creatività peculiari.Abbiamo mangiato un bis di primi : gnocchi con calamari in un fantastico sughetto di timo ( non potevo non fare la scarpetta! ) e pennette con agnello e bietole e spezzattino di cinghiale..il gusto dell' Italia ma con in più un accento cosmopolita in sintonia con l' atmosfera Berlinese.Ci tornerò sicuramente. E lo consiglierò agli amici. Anche per la simpatia e cordialità del proprietario.

Most of the times the food is no good at this place or bearable but below average. The pasta is normally overcooked, and the toppings are either not well cooked or you get something like three pathetic, rubbery mini meatballs.I've been going Ponte only because some coworkers took me here. I've eaten at this place approx 4 times in the last year, but never enjoyed their meal. I think they don't even have a real kitchen. Spaghetti carbonara's been with chunky cream/egg sauce and the lasagna was a mushy joke. The interior is worn-off and far beyond that's posted on the pictures.

This is an Italian restaurant run by an Italian which is less common than you would expect in Berlin. They do an excellent daily lunch menu - my advice is to eat whatever they recommend and gwt there at the beginning of the lunch break if you want the biggest choice. The food is excellent quality. Not cheap but good value. Portion sizes seem to vary and you will need to ask for extra bread but I have never had a bad meal. The house wine is also good. The staff seem to be colourful mix of diverse characters and the music ranges from country to electro swing depending on who is on shift that day.
