"The food and place were ok. The only thing that made a very bad impression and made me feel a bit stressed was the service. I understand that it is a busy place etc, but you couldn’t dare to finish your drink, food etc , and they had already taken your plate, glass etc. For example, I had a glass of water and the moment I finished they took my glass…What if I wanted more water thought? Come on….that’s not a customer service…and it’s not how you should be treating ppl…long story short…. I would never go again.."

The food was excellent, as always, but I couldn't understand why customers were squeezed into such a small area when two-thirds of the restaurant was empty. The table was very small, and it felt like we were sitting in a hallway.

pretty disappointed, honest. fish and chips were not bad, but over price. one of our party has a big haddock and chips, one a more regular and there was no difference in size. service was good, but certainly not friendly and in any case hastened. also pressed 3 people on a 2 sitish despite booking never a good thing! would not recommend to get better places to fish and chips and more favorable.
