Very very very good food and service nothing really gastronomical or innovant but a wonderful atmosphere in reasonnable prices !

We had our Xmas dinner with friends. We loved the fish and the wine. Very good service. A bit expensive but it was Xmas dinner in Rome afterall :

For great seafood in Rome, go for this place. Many varieties and great taste. Good staff, fair value for your money. Very tipical italian restaurant.

Absolutely loved the food! I've been to a few other places but this was far by the best. I'm normally very fussy but enjoyed the food and dessert and the atmosphere was spot on. Would definitely recommend :

The worset restaurant ever've seen in my life...Horrible food and same about the services .Cappucino is coming in dirty cups ..spaghetti were so oily that i couldn't eat them and the grilled shrimps weren't cooked. Outside the restaurant looks very nice ..too bad for the food.i wouldn't recomand at all.

I was impressed first by the seafood salad served, full of varieties of shell fish, shrimp, and balanced well with vegetables. The best part is the pasta, which is lobster linguine. Lobster is not overcooked, character if the meat is fresh and full of body, and mixed so well with linguine. It opened up the palate well, especially go with the sauce and mussel, bravo Italiano!

On our last night in Roma, we found this restaurant local to our hotel on the recomendation of a shopkeeper. What can I say. The flavours leapt out of the food. We chose Spaghetti allo Scaglio. Pasta with mixed seafood. The only challenge to that description is there is so much seafood its a struggle to get to the pasta. The variety of seafood is amazing and taste is to cry for. If you dont get your hands dirty, you are not enjoying the food. We followed this with cheesecake and forest fruits.. Presented better than many top restaraunts I would challenge anyone to find a better dessert than this.

I dined here as it was a short walk from my hotel and looked good. The food was extraordinary- cooked to perfection and generous portions. I started with Caprese Salad which was so full of flavour and nicely served with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper served on the side so you could season yourself. It was perfection. I then had fritturo misto which again was generous and consisted of tiny prawns, small calamari rings and tiny octopus all covered in the lightest crispy coating. Delicious food. It is with great regret that I must give this restaurant a negative review. It was recommended by a staff member at our hotel. It was local and frequented by locals. It is a nicely appointed restaurant and when we arrived we were shown to our table. All the patrons were indeed local or Italian. We were given the menus and chose a really nice Sardinian wine (a DOCG for some of the group but the only red wine available to the rest of us was the house wine (IGP and really only passable. We ordered antipasta to share and it was really very nice. The Chateau Briande and the fillet steaks were not available. Two of us received our main course but the other five waited at 15 20 minutes to be served...
