"We thought we'd nip in for a nice hot drink after our journey, we couldn't believe just how vast the place was, when you first go in it looks like there isn't enough seating but the place just seems to keep going with plenty of seating for everyone. The queues were pretty big but they cleared really quickly, really pleasantly surprised. We were served by a really happy friendly member of staff who made us feel very welcome, took our order and we were sitting and eating our lovely large Croissants and drinking our very welcome hot drinks. definitely worth popping in for a drink and a bite of something whilst shopping."

I visited the restaurant today and it was very busy. The server was extremely friendly and served us quickly! The coffee was delicious.

Very good food, standard Pret fare. Pleased to see a massive seating area just goes on and on. Still packed but were able to get a seat on a busy weekend lunch time.

Good coffee great choice of sandwiches, I like something a little more interesting than the bog standard sandwich from the likes of Greggs. Long queue but to be expected Ver carta

The food at this restaurant was delicious, especially the croissant and pain au raisin. The display cupboards were always full and refreshed regularly. The dining area was very clean with plenty of space. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Popped in while visiting. Absolutely packed to the rafters. Eventually got a couple of seats and queued for ages. Brought 2 flat whites which also took an age to appear. Couldn't fault the staff, very friendly. Got back to the table and the coffee wasn't even hot! Should have took them back but we queues were massive. Will never go back to a Pret shop!

Yes Pret a Manger is a little more expensive than your usual sandwich but will stop but they do have some lovely combinations of sandwiches and other food items. Because he of the food is always very good good and at present with the Corvona virus staff are paying that much much more attention to hygiene and are constantly disinfecting floors and washing tables. I consider good quality for money. Ver carta

My friends and i went to Bicester Village.it is the first time we've been here. It was raining and i thought that we could have lunch there while we waited the rain stopped. The place is very big and has a lot of tables and chairs. I had christmas turkey and ham soup, swedish meatballs wraps and macaroni and cheese with kale and cauli (sharing with my friends). My friends had chicken shirataki soups macaroni and cheese.

My husband and I visited Pret a Manger at Bicester Village on Thursday, October 15th around 2pm for a light lunch. The food we ordered was delicious, however, we noticed a concerning practice during our visit. After some customers left, other customers would immediately sit at the same tables without the tables being cleaned or wiped down. This happened at least 5 times while we were there. This lack of cleaning is dangerous and could potentially spread the COVID virus. I am extremely worried about this and feel it is necessary to address this urgent health safety issue.

"Sadly not quite up to expectations. We were seated promptly on arrival and our order was taken quickly. The food that was served was of a good standard. However there were a few things throughout the meal that let the side down slightly. I ordered the bread and houmous for starter, when it arrived there was no houmous. When I questioned this I was told they didn't have any left, the waitress asked what I would like instead not a question I can answer with out being given a list of options! When we asked her to find out she came back from the kitchen saying there was no alternative, would I like some butter. Had I known all of this before ordering I would have chosen something other than bread and butter. Another member of our party who arrived after the initial group ordered a lime and soda to drink but was served what tasted like a lemonade instead, when this was questioned she was told it was the lime and soda she asked for, yet it tasted very different to the lime and soda ordered by another member of the group... When it came to dessert, it was asked if the sticky toffee pudding came with ice cream as it wasn't mentioned on the menu, we were told it did. However when the desserts arrived there was no ice cream, when we queried this we were each given a small ramekin containing one scoop of chocolate ice cream, a little bit of an odd combination with sticky toffee pudding and a shame not to have had it all on the same plate. Finally, as much as we love dogs, having them constantly run under the table around our feet wasn't ideal for a sunday lunch time. It's a shame the service and attention to detail wasn't quite up to scratch as the majority of the food could not be faulted at all and they catered well for the various dietary requirements of the group."

"I’m frustrated and annoyed with booking a romantic meal for our year wedding anniversary, with the current pandemic and work commitments it made a change to make an effort and be excited to visit the boxing hare as the reviews had been excellent. We...were seated in the garden room, next to a family who were on first name terms with the waiting staff and who were so loud I thought I was at a Chelsea match! We received complimentary glasses of champagne and we placed our order for starters and main which were excellent however I felt rushed with the service, as much as I tried to have a conversation all I could hear was this family at decibels to which enough was enough usually I would say something, however rather than ruin there evening I asked for us to be reseated to which the waiting staff were in agreement that they were loud! So why place us next to them? We were given a table in a different part of the pub still busy with other diners giving respect to one another. The table given I was advised I had as it was reserved? I placed dessert order and two lattes with baileys followed by the bill! The bill was a tad on the steep side for a gastro pub perhaps the prices are based on the price of fuel to fill the owners Bentley Overall felt it was a rushed evening disappointed with the seating arrangements,I won’t be returning as I felt what was important to us wasn’t important to the Boxing Hare I’ve had better evenings at The Falkland Arms Great Tew, The Great Western Aynho"
