Pret eats lots of flies. The director and staff seem to think it is normal that food and customers are surrounded by flies, but we can't really be in the restaurant because of that. If there are flies in the dining room, I don’t want to imagine in the kitchen.... Concerning food, salads cost too expensive and there is only a little salad and sauce inside.

The staff is incredibly kind! The food is delicious, on the other hand I have been able to see that the clientele speaks badly and is racist to the individual and it makes me sad, I want to say the clientele should take courses of politeness because they fare higher than their Q, and in addition they fly... If there was a note to write to the customer I would have put -5 stars.
