Pret A Manger - Carta

Visited here today with my friend for coffee and just wanted to say a special Thankyou to Zoe who not only served us but also paid for our order as an act of kindeness ! What a lovely gesture, and def put a smile on our faces ! Thanks again .

Came here today for the first time and enjoyed a quick snack for lunch. There is a good choice of sandwiches, wraps and salads. Staff are helpful and there is plenty of seating. It was a nice touch to have a filtered tap at the end of the counter for you to get your own water.

I always use this coffee shop today they didn’t have the sandwich I wanted so I chose another n got it and my coffee on the house great custermer service businesses could learn a lot from this company I like they make there sandwiches in house fresh keep up the great work guys Thankyou Ver carta

Me my husband went for lunch today and were so impressed with the customer service. I believe it was a male manager who was very knowledgable and offered some guidance when selecting food. He later brought samples of their new sandwiches and was just generally very, very helpful. The food was also of an excellent standard and it will be our go to shop from now on when having lunch at the metro centre, thankyou

We were with my sister on a Saturday shopping trip to the Metro Centre and called in here for cold drinks! My husband and sister sat outside in the mall and I went for the drinks! I wanted cans of diet coke plus glasses and the young girl who served me was particularly unhelpful! I paid for the cokes, was given no tray and no glasses I asked for the glasses and was pointed towards the far side of the counter in a very abrupt fashion what happened to being helpful towards elderly people? Would not go there again!

We called in for a coffee and a sandwich.There is the usual full range of drinks, with a few over sweet specialities for Christmas. The sandwiches are of decent quality and have prices to match. I don't like the way that for example, it says such and such a sandwich is £3.99 in large print, then tell you further down, in much smaller print, that it is £4.79 if you eat in. I would much prefer the prices to be of equal size, with the eat in price first and the takeaway price next to it in brackets. The coffee shop is quite spacious inside and has comfortable seating. I enjoy visiting Pret at the Metrocentre every week with my friend and her toddler. There is always an exciting choice of sandwiches and soups to choose from. It is reassuring to see the food being brought out after being freshly prepared as opposed to being in a plastic container all day. On more that one occasion we have been offered complimentary coffee or cakes. This week they provided a gingerbread man to the toddler !! This is a nice touch from staff who are always pleasant and happy to converse with customers. I look forward to my usual extra hot decaf latte!

I often visit here at the weekends with my children and it is easily our go-to place to get a coffee and a bite to eat in the Metrocentre before we see a film. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Sarah who it is always nice to see and remembers our drinks, and everyone else such as all the regular staff we see on our visits are always great. Special mention must go to Anna though, I think she is the new manager here but the place seems even nicer recently and even more friendly (for example she gives out colouring pages and crayons to our children). Well. Where to start. We often pop into Pret when at the metro centre. Today we popped in for lunch and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We were served by whom I guess was the manager, Anna. There were none of my kale macaroni cheese pastas ready to which she apologised for and said if we wanted to wait 10 minutes she would have some ready. In the mean time she gave us a free coffee each. By the time I had carried the kids food from the till to the table Anna had already brought over paper and colouring pencils for the kids.
