Staff very friendly And helpful, they had a great choice of breakfast and lunch on their menu ,also it was nice to have a vegan choice for lunch

Our first trip to the Clarke's Village outlet and the heavens opened. Thank goodness for the Pret nearby. Busy, but efficient. One of our orders was wrong otherwise they would get 5 stars, but it was replaced instantly.

Seriously the best staff... the food is good fast food on the whole. I’m gluten free low carb so sometimes it’s a bit samey. Always clean, now they have water available too. Sit near the window if you need signal on EE...

Horrified to find a customer sitting at an outside table with his dog and dog bowl on the table. I told the staff behind the counter about this, they informed me that as the table was outside it was okay! Do not feel that is is acceptable as it is very unhygienic as they do not clean the tables after every customer has left.

We visited today on a whim trying to find something quick to eat after shopping . There is a big choice of healthy and tasty options . I had the smoked salmon protein box, and a pot of fruit . Really fresh and yummy. Sat inside and the chairs are comfy and it wasn’t too busy . Was served quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient . All in all very pleased with it and would return next time I go shopping in Clark’s village.

It’s OK but not fantastic. Seemed more expensive than Prêts I’ve been to in London and the outside tables had not been wiped. I asked a member of staff to come and clean the tables to be fair, he did come outside and wipe a couple but not the one I was sitting at. I moved tables in the end to avoid having to eat in someone else’s crumbs. Don’t think I’d bother going there again which is a shame because Pret is a bit of a favourite usually.

Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed food and spilled juice on the table that had dried, indicating it had been there for quite some time. We had to ask a staff member to clean it for us, but even they struggled to remove the stubborn stains. Despite the lack of customers at that time, the tables were not being adequately cleaned. We were disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and do not plan on visiting again anytime soon.

Along with someone else who came with me on a shopping trip to Clarks Village we stopped off here at Pret A Manger and had a quick bite to eat and drink and a rest. The food was delicious and very fresh as soon as the cabinet of baguettes and sandwiches were running low then they were immediately filled up. On the next shopping trip we will visit again as the staff were very nice, kind, smart and helpful and I spotted some signs regarding allergies etc .

Visited on a Friday afternoon, it was only about 20 percent full. There did not appear to be a staff shortage, but we could not find a clean table, crumbs everywhere. So, we cleaned a table ourselves, whilst we were there a young lady using a soft sort of brush/mop swept the floor three times but didn’t wipe a single table. Although must people are thinking Covid is over, the tables should be cleaned regularly irrespectively of Covid or not, it’s just simple hygiene, perhaps a little staff training is needed? There appeared to be a plumbing problem as the main toilets had a closed sign on the door.
