"So you know what you are getting at Pret, the food wasn’t an issue. We are in the queue on a busy Saturday in July and the staff member that was serving our queue just disappeared as it was the end of their shift. In fact two staff did this leaving the customers having to go to another assistant which is fine, but when there’s a long queue of customers at each of their points of service isn’t great. I had a very abusive man shout at me for queue jumping, bald, old and ugly you know the type...little did he know I’d been stood there patiently for 10 mins waiting to be served. This isn’t good enough Pret. Someone should have taken over from the staff whose shift had finished rather than leaving customers being left standing like idiots and being abused by other customers. We’ll go elsewhere next time."

Just on a transit between flights and fast efficient service for a nice fresh sandwich. Recommend the felafel on rye.

Smaller portions than at other branches and paper cups even if you sit in. I’m a Pret fan but this is not up to standard.

Food is functional for buy and go in an airport, the coffee is slightly bland but again, this is a no fuss place, as expected. Ver carta

OK we got some food but it is an odd shape shop. We managed to eat standing at one of the little stand only tables. I would like to see more on ingrediants as some fillings are a bit odd.

Been here several times before and we had a light breakfast here this morning. Good choice of hot/cold food. Service is very efficient. The food and coffee we had was good. Can’t fault the Heathrow Terminal 5 Pret.

The egg and bacon sandwich was delicious and hot. Some of the items were out on the shelf but it was a busy time and there was an employee taking inventory. Prices were also reasonable which is a nice find in an airport. Ver carta

Located in Heathrow Terminal 4 departures. Big branch. Americano was fine. Good selection of sandwiches, soups, pastries, drinks and more. Service was efficient. If you want a coffee or a bite to eat before a flight, then yes.

There was not much choice, so my mum and I decided to just eat here before my flight to America. We shared a cheese and tomato croissant and tuna Niçoise salad. Both were just okay. I wouldn’t order either again. I got a pecan slice as a little dessert treat and it was truly delicious I would order it again.
