Pret A Manger - Carta

The wait was very long due to understaffing, but the coffee was good. It helped me recuperate after four days of tiring travel.

Only place it was open during COVID Lock down in airport for us to eat something. It was really good to find at least something was, in fact, open.

Like those in the city it was clean with good selections of food with fast check out lines. Crowding can be a problem at times. Seating is comfortable with outlets nearby in some places for charging. Ver carta

Back flying from terminal 5, and feeling hungry we came here again. No seats inside due to lockdown,but we sat next door in the waiting area,and enjoyed our food. Fast and polite service,good prices,and will come again.

Early morning flight, and our usual stop off for drinks and food. Egg mayo and bacon roll, almond croissant and two drinks, at a reasonable price of less than £10. Service was fast and polite, a d there is a dedicated seating area with tables.

I have been served by a very rude Easter European barista with dark long messy hair, who looked like just worked up. When I changed my order start throwing cups around and speaking loudly in his luggage serving other passengers and keeping me waiting for a long time. My parents were really upset seeing this. I will never spend a penny there again. I recommend going to Costa just minutes away, the service is much better. By the way. I cancelled my subscription because of this incident Ver carta

I don’t usually give reviews to coffee chain places, but this time had to make an exception. Quick and professional service; good range of Sandwiches, excelent coffee (of course), but most important friendly and efficient staff. Particularly I need to talk about a member of staff who works at Pret a manger Heathrow terminal 2. His name is Nydan.. For his continued consistent 5 star service he deserves recognition. He is the nicest, happy person I have ever been served by. I really hope he gets to hear about this as staff like him are hard to come by. Thank you

The service staff at this restaurant were terrible. They were completely useless and I had to wait in line for service. Even though a couple ahead of me received their service, the staff simply walked away. Another staff member started serving other customers in a different lane, leaving me waiting. I was a paying customer, not looking for a freebie. Unfortunately, Pret a Manger has lost a customer for good. I hope this review reaches senior management so that the staff can receive proper customer service training. I was very disappointed in the behavior of the staff at this chain of cafes.

I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by a staff member at the airport restaurant. Her name is Flora and she was wearing a pink t-shirt with the Heathrow logo. As I was enjoying my dinner, I noticed a family of three struggling to fit at a small table meant for two. I offered to swap tables with them and, in the process, accidentally dropped my soup spoon. Thinking that Flora worked for the restaurant, I asked her for help in retrieving a new spoon as I couldn't leave my table unattended. She kindly obliged, despite not actually being an employee of the restaurant. She returned with the spoon and reassured me that it was no trouble at all. To my surprise, she also brough... Ver carta
