Pret A Manger - Carta

Not the best branch of Pret A Manger. Too buzy and the staff is overwhelmed. The coffee is pot luck the quality is varied. The surprise is that there is no restroom which is very inconvenient.

probably my favorite up-the-go-stop in Britain. the pack is my favorite and is probably my biggest motivation to visit pret a manger while visiting london! wait patiently for a South African franchise to meet our Cape Town Coast!

There are still too many dishes with milk in them, which was disappointing. Additionally, there is not a single hot vegan breakfast option available here. It seems that vegans are expected to be content with eating cold dishes only. Ver carta

The staff were exceptionally polite, and although it was quite crowded inside, that’s to be expected. We made a great decision to sit and have a leisurely chat with my friend at Oxford Circus, enjoying the cozy atmosphere despite the chilly weather.

It was delightful to unwind with a coffee and some croissants or brownies after a long stroll around Oxford Street. The latte and muffins were delicious. The ambiance of the café was peaceful and calm, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere.

I just finished working at the theater and was in a hurry, so I didn't have much time to grab a meal. The restaurant had good vegan options, but it was busy and many items were already sold out. However, they made fresh food throughout the day. I ordered the hummus chipotle wrap with sweet beans, which had a beautiful presentation and crispy vegetables. I also had a banana. On day 2, I tried the avocado baguette with olive tapenade and sun-dried tomatoes, which is one of my favorites. I also love their miso soup, but didn't have time to try it.

Despite this, I still frequent the chain and enjoy their avocado and tomato vegan sandwich on a baguette, which includes olive cake. The sandwich stands out due to the tasty olive cake, setting it apart from other vegan options. My partner raves about the vegan meatball wrap, claiming it is the best option at Pret. The vegan croissant is delicious but a bit too sweet for my taste. They also offer plant-based milk options for coffee or tea lattes.

There is excellent coffee available throughout London, with a coffee shop roughly every mile. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they work quickly and efficiently. A tip for ordering hot drinks: ask for them to be “extra hot,” as otherwise they tend to be just above lukewarm, likely because many people prefer their coffee served that way for convenience. My personal favorite is the strong coconut milk flat white. The croissants are fantastic, as they are freshly made in each shop, similar to how Subway bakes their bread on-site.
