We were in a small group looking for somewhere to eat and luckily they could fit us in despite not booking beforehand. The food and the service was excellent! Will definitely eat here again!

Visited here after initial lockdown eased and we could sit outside. Great and personable service by all staff who went above and beyond to cater for us and give us a nice evening. Food was great as well!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Atmosphere inside was good. The service from the staff was brilliant, they were all fast and friendly. We had calamari for our starter and it was the best calamari I’ve ever had. For main I had prawn pasta which was...delicious and had plenty of prawns in. Ver carta

The only down fall was the starter. I ordered the crispy mozzarella. Very disappointed. Only. small pieces no sald Garnish to make it look more appealing, pot of salasa type sauce. for that dish. My daughter gets on the bambino menu as...a starter. Why charge so much. I won't be ordering that again.

Called the restaurant to place our order as we wanted some additional ingredients great service from the off. Greeted with a warm smile when I arrived to collect. The food was fresh, hot and well packaged. The deals' are incredible value and highly recommended....In these tough/uncertain times...give it a go!!!

The Leicester branch was closed due to some staff reasons so decided to travel out to Hinckley. Wasn’t disappointed , this branch is a little better than the Leicester one and was as good as our previous visits some time ago. The house red is...recommended and good value. We were on a BuyaGift Voucher deal. The menu for this offer is now much improved, with a greater choice of Mains, although maybe less Starters now. Our meal was very nice. Service was excellent. All staff were friendly and professional. Without using a deal,...I do feel Prezzo is somewhat overpriced, so we would only ever going using a BuyaGift Voucher which is and offers a Course meal for two people including a glass of House Wine per person. However, BuyaGift often have offers on, which can bring the cost of a Voucher to So that's an incredible deal at a head, for courses plus a glass of wine. The wine alone would cost each! For our anniversary (and having small children) we decide to order a click and collect from website. Webpage fab and easy to navigate. Prices aren't cheap for a takeaway, but did find a promo which was great! Food was nice but perhaps not as...good as what we have received previously when we have dined in. Meatball starter tasty, mozzarella starter fine, but for each (without promo) of each is sparse. Very sparse. Pizzas were nice and well cooked. Definitely better than a standard takeout pizza. The big things that let it down was, we preordered days in advance, not last minute, and it wasn't ready when my husband arrived. He had to wait which was a little frustrating. Takeaway ordered via Deliveroo. I was prepared to wait, the app advised for delivery, but it actually took and Pizza and fries were stone cold and inedible (I appreciate some people don’t mind cold pizza wouldn’t have considered it inedible),...it was apparent that the food had been prepared earlier and had stood waiting for the driver. I know the driver isn’t employed by the restaurant but the restaurant surely knew how long the food had been waiting when it was handed to the driver and were still willing to have it delivered, would they have delivered cold food to an in-house diner? I have left a similar review on Deliveroo and I suspect the restaurant will blame Deliveroo and vice versa b... Ver carta
