Can't believe we were turned away the restaurant was nearly empty. They told us that there was only 2 staff so they can't serve us so we had to leave to find somewhere else. Not happy

Bryer was exceptional. My friend is very indecisive and Bryer was super patient and attentive. Food was delicious and service super quick and professional. Such a gorgeous location too.

We arrived near the end of Folk Week, thinking it might be busy (our first choice restaurant was) but there were lots of free tables. In fact it was more than half empty. But we were told we could have a table in an hour... Ver carta

Not great. Would not return. Starters were ok. All 3 main course were poor. The spaghetti Bolognese had no taste at all. All 3 dishes were only half eaten. The waiting staff did not ask if our food was ok. The restaurant was not busy but the service is poor. Ver carta

My partner and I visited the restaurant today and each had 3 courses. I enjoyed all of my dishes, especially the crab ravioli. However, my partner found his burger to be almost inedible. The chicken in his dish was very tough, making it hard to eat, and he ended up leaving over half of it.

Poor service , it was a busy weekend with the folk festival on . We popped in at 3.15pm and asked if they did gluten free pizzas , one of the girls was checking then a guy came over and asked us if he could help we said the same , he answered yes and went to hand us a menu , then said when would you like to come in we said now , he said sorry havent got a table until after 8.30 tonight , that was 5 hours later !!! Why did he hand us a menu , and there were 8 tables set up and empty , obviously we would only need an hour. His attitude was very rude and in my view he couldn’t be bothered With a table for two , he was waiting for larger parties. We go to Broadstairs a lot but will never try her...

The location is stunning. Dogs are allowed on the terrace but you cant enter through the terrace sign on back menu board). So you go through the restaurant . Only as you enter you are told to carry your dog !! Not a problem as we have a small dog but what a crazy rule , when it would be so much easier if you could enter the back way. As you always used to be able to do. The terrace is totally underused as only the high part is waited on. This restaurant could take so much more money if fully open. On that note, we tried to get in the night before at 7.50 only to be told it was closing. Crazy , but ok ! We love Prezzo so booked for tonight, earlier today with a very friendly male manager.
