Wow,so good ,Amazing funny server named Sophie. We had a lovely snug table for two by the window .really enjoyed the meal plates were huge .used our tesco vouchers. What's not to like .

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff in Eastbourne for a great experience. It was my mums 70th birthday. The staff couldn’t do enough to make it special. Food was excellent. Overall a great time had by all! We will be back. Thank you!

The staff here are super friendly and they have an amazing selection of veggie pizzas you can order a bunch of there classic meat pizzas with veggie meat alternatives. We had their vegetarian pepperoni which was lovely and perfect for a lighter dinner! Ver carta

The most awful delivery we’ve ever day!!! The photo is of our dessert. Half a pitta bread and some chocolate spread. And this was the garlic bread. Even the delivery driver said he questioned the restaurant when he went to collect the order. We ordered the kids pizzas and they were basically a slice of pizza.

I ordered delivery via Deliveroo and there was an issue with the delivery with an item being missing. I decided to contact Prezzo Eastbourne directly and was glad I did as Dado handled the situation extremely courteously and professionally. To save time waiting for Deliveroo to re-deliver, I offered to collect the missing item as it was for my daughter. The food was of the usual excellent standard, and I am writing this review to provide a special mention for the service from Dado at the restaurant.

We love our local Prezzo! They offer a great selection of gluten-free starters, mains, and desserts. They have gluten-free pizza and pasta options available, although the pizza base doesn't quite compare to a real Italian base. The service is excellent and we can use our clubcard vouchers. Unlike another local Italian chain restaurant accredited by Coeliac UK, I don't get sick after eating here. The cross-contamination protocols seem to be stronger and I have never gotten sick here, even though I am highly sensitive. They also offer gluten-free options for kids meals, which are great value for three courses and a drink. Ver carta

The service here is good and we can use our club card vouchers. Unlike another local Italian chain restaurant that is accredited by Coeliac UK, I don't get sick here. They also have gluten-free options for children's meals, which are great value for a three-course meal and a drink.

On arrival we advised the greeter that we were using a special deal code and the appropriate menu was given to us. Really liked the fact that the waitress asked me for the code number before we ordered. This would have identified any problems before the meal ordered, rather than after which would have been awkward. The waitress was from Croatia and was really, really efficient and friendly. She throughly explained the options. All through the meal she was attentive and observant, seeing when plates were finished with and quickly removing them. 10/10 for her! The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and tables well spaced apart and all the staff wore masks. Highly recommended.

We visited on a rather quiet afternoon for lunch. The premises had just opened and staff were quick to greet and seat us. The restaurant itself is situated in a lovely location based on the roundabout over looking the train station and a short walk from the newly refurbished Beacon shopping centre. Staff appeared friendly and we were sat in the window area. Now unfortunately this is where Prezzo need to look at their seating. A ripped bench seat and worn material don’t give the best look for your business. However staff were quick to serve and food arrived hot and of no compliant. We were able to use tesco Clubcard vouchers and the waitress was helpful in pointing out which part of the bill... Ver carta
