Pick the beef Carpaccio, it's really amazing! and also their steaks are amazing. pasta served al dente! Service is prompt and nice. And the location is a bit more expensive, but you pay for the jolly atmosphere as well and for the great location.

Good location on Camp di Fiori, outside seating watching the activities of the market was great. Excellent service, good food, very generous portions and a complimentary glass of wine. We would have returned but this was our last day in Rome, we will return. Ver carta

Found this place strolling the Piazza at the entrance a guy invite us to try he was pushy an offer us a welcome drink and no other charges will come . After finished our dinner surprise came to us the fat guy charged 10% x service so we tried to argue but nothing was done The greater guy just escape and we had to pay. Help yourself an avoid this scam

Usual pushy guy to tempt you into the restaurant. The waiter suggested something that was not on the menu and although it was very tasty (Seafood Ravioli), it was 3 times the price of the other dishes on the menu. So, just be careful when you order! A lovely atmosphere in the piazza though. The Sunday market was open and this made the time at Primo Cafe more enjoyable. I found the Lasagna to be very tasty and we enjoyed a very good cappuccino.

We were invited to sit in this restaurant by a servant who said they had the best pizzas in this area. This was a pure lie. The pizza with the 4 different cheese, was unfortunately filled with gorgonzola and therefore you could not taste the other cheeses in the pizza. Then when one has a restaurant in such a nice place like Campo dei Fiori, one should really take care and keep the toilets clean they were dirty and did not invite you to come again. Ver carta

Stay away from this place! Definitely a tourist trap. The usual pushy guy at the front of the restaurant luring you in. We sat down thinking of having a lovely lunch outside the market. Our tables were dirty with grease and the food tasted like it had been frozen and microwaved. We ordered a plain cheese pizza (tastes better in America) and the four cheese bruschetta (so gross it was a glob of cheese on a stale piece of bread, with no tomatoes). On top of that they refused to give us tap water. Don't eat here!

On our second day in Rome, among other places, we ventured to Campo de Fiori, which ended up being one of our favorite places. Once there, the square and market is lined with many restaurant options, one more charming than another. We chose to give Primocafé a shot. A perfect choice. Sadly I do not remember the exact name of what we chose, but it was basically a cheese and cured meat board(s). Fantastic! We accompanied it with a nicely chilled wine, which given the July heat, was lovely. The blend of cheese and meats was perfectly chosen. A light drizzle on the cheese was absolutely heavenly. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful, looking on the buzz of the outdoor...

We went here for a light lunch. Like many places around here, they have a guy who tries to tempt you in off the street, which is fine. Here, he tells you you can have a free drink each if you order food...we check that is any drink and he confirms it is. Then the waiter comes and takes your order. We ask if we can have tap water. He says still and we say yes, tap water . He walks away saying, OK, still and this immediately raises alarm bells. So the food comes and it 's ok at best garlic cheese bread is nice but only one piece. Cold meats board has some decent meats but also some Billy Bear style processed stuff.
