The restaurant is absolutely amazing with fresh and fast service in a smooth atmosphere. The food is given a rating of 4, while the service and atmosphere both receive a perfect 5.

Don't bother! Ordered a delivery at 5:45pm... its now 8:20pm still no sign of it! Phoned up at 7:30pm was told its on its way! Not sure what's happened here, but it seems The Prince Of Bengal has gone down hill massively!

I ordered a Keema naan, chicken, and chips and I am extremely satisfied with the service and the taste of the food. I would gladly eat here every day. Me and my partner have been to the prince of bengal twice in the last month or so tonight was for my birthday and the food has been outstanding and the prices have been even better along with really good service we would definitely recommend. The food is amazing the waiters were kind and where quick to get our food. it was air conditioned and had sweet music playing quietly. 10/10 would return. Kid-friendliness: They have a fish tank that my kids loved to look at and a high seat for my baby. As visitors to the area, we decided to take a risk and try this restaurant despite some negative reviews. However, we regretted our decision as the food was terrible and lacked authenticity. It was the worst Indian takeaway we have ever had, with most of it ending up in the trash. Additionally, they substituted a dish without informing us. We came in for an evening meal and were sat with a pillar dividing the table. The aerver came to take our drinks but only took the order for half the table. We had to chase to get everyone's drinks. We got some poppadoms and waited for someone to come take our order. 30 mins passed and someone had still not taken our order so we decided to pay for our food and leave. We were almost put off by the bad reviews but all I can say is excellent from start to finish. We ordered for delivery by phone including special requests for vegetarian curries which they accommodated. They quoted us 40minutes delivery for the food but it arrived before this and they called us before they arrived. The food was excellent, as a big Indian curry fan I was sceptical with the reviews but the food was absolutely delicious and hot. First time this year that we have been back to the Prince and it was a very bad experience. The very young waiters did not have a clue what they were supposed to be doing with the the guy taking an order for drinks from the first person on a table of 7 and then going to the bar to return to then take the next next order from diner #2. After spending about 45 mins of waiting for our order to be taken, listening to the staff apologising to people coming in for takeaways that weren't ready or were wrong and dinners that had finished there meals on the table behind us complaining that there chicken was raw we decided to leave.
