"Le service est sympathique. Un bon cabillaud (frais) c'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants c'est important de le souligner. Une sauce chorizo et pommes de terre grenaille. C'était très bon. En dessert une crème brûlée pistache et framboise, très bonne aussi. Je mets 4 étoiles non pas pour la qualité des plats mais pour le prix. 3€ de moins par personne je mettais 5. Cela dit ça reste une bonne adresse dans une belle ville que nous visiterons une autre fois."

"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."

"This used to be a restaurant that served great food. However seems to rest on its laurels-now. At 8 o’clock when we arrived tried to order, no dish of the day, finished! I ordered a fish dish which had no flavour. , chicken dish ordered by my two companions was ordinary. Desert, rather like the starter seemed as if it was bought in not home made. Cheese OK but no extras like sweet bread or grapes served with it and no explanation of what was what. Will now look for an alternative for our frequent visits to Chartres."

"Already come to this restaurant many times, it’s with a real pleasure that I return to it every time. The kitchen is good: the makis are well rolled and presented, there’s a good ratio of rice/garniture and appreciable thing that I’ve noticed, they don’t put the “ends” of maki rolls, unlike bcp of restos, because apart from the aesthetic aspect even But this is not the case in this restaurant. You just have to get some patience on the weekends that’s why I’m going more in the week, but if there’s a world, it’s often good quality and that’s the case here! Here are pictures of the perfect egg as well as the cod with hulls and its risotto. and serves a chocolate treat. Just delicious. Bravo! I would also like to point out that the staff provided hygienic protections in the hotel's toilet and I found it very well to think about it."
