simply superb restaurant, excellent service, dishes were fantastic, fresh products, and pleasant presentation. a wonderful experience and probably to redo.

can only recommend the restaurant. eating was very good and beautifully dressed. also the service was prompt and very joyful. the restaurant is stylish and cosy, you can enjoy a pleasant chat. we will definitely go back.

beautiful atmosphere and very friendly accommodating staff. the appetizers (heissi geiss and kalbstartar) were wonderful. beautifully dressed and a taste experience.The main course (pure noodles and angus rind) once again surpassed this. from a to z super! definitely worth a visit.

absolutely recommended. in the stylish ambiente and because of the very warm chefin, a visit here is worth again and again. whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, here there is taste and quality too very reasonable. with suitable weather you can enjoy a cozy time on the terrace. come back!

fine, modernly furnished restaurant for cozy togetherness and eating fine. not everyday selection of drinks with or without alcohol. small but fine and despairing map. eating is fresh and super prepared. tastes excellent. the service is friendly and competent. only small minus point - the terrace in the evening is too brightly illuminated and the road traffic is a little disturbing. in the inner but not a problem.

to my surprise - after many disappointments, I could finally eat again in a restaurant fine without annoying. from the friendly reception, for ordering up to 1a prepared eating, everything was excellent. the crooked and the cutlery was clean. the wine, had the right temperature. which was ordered for me in the kitchen a wrong eating was a misfortune of the staff. the waiting period was bearable and does not fall down in my assessment, even if I had greeted an espresso or a little dessert as reparation. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant pure 56.

on the occasion of thunerfestspiel was eating:(Positiv) starter: Greek salate, airy humus, cracker -lovely served!(Neutral) starter: Kalbs-Tatar. was well made of high quality, with the rough calf taste. Rinds-Tatar is and remains the mass of all dinge. (positiw) main course: top pouletfleisch with fabulous roast sauce. bratkartoffeln exactly cooked and roasted. sauce and kartoffels with a high flavour of redoma. (positiw) Dessert/seed: good chocolate cake with vanillaglace and fruit. nicely tabled. (positiw) beverages: fine ice cream. we were offered in pure 56 to two immediately a very cozy table. we were already intrigued at the beginning by the facility: stylish, modern and creatiw yet cozy! we were very kindly greeted and decided to a ceaser salad and the two lunch menus (goldbrass with salt potatoes and spinat and tagliatelle with tomato sauce and fresh aubergine) the food was great! all homemade and very delicious! the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. we could unfortunately not decide dessert and have tried all 5 (all the glaces.) there was the pure 56 one on it, the homemade desserts were very fresh and prepared with love, to the coffee there were also homemade amarettini, all according to my taste...
