Quantobasta Pizza Dessert

Decided to eat at the hotel as we have an excellent Trulli accommodation which just 30meters away. Turned out the pizza was excellent. The salami was crisp, tomatoes was juicy and pizza dough was slightly chewy.

We found it by accident while walking around Alberobello. They have a very large patio are with many tables, the waiters were very nice and helpful, the food came quickly and was very good ... Reasonably priced.

Stefan at our resort recommended Quantobasta for a nice casual pizza and it was fantastic!!! The Caprese salad was the best I have ever had! And the pizza was outstanding. We had the perfect table outside and the service was excellent. Ver carta

Wonderful experience. The staff is extremely kind, and the food was wonderful. The waiter even suggested my father to come closer when he was goint to see how the chef works. The food was excellent and a great amount, they use the best quality materials.

Great little pizza restaurant, lovely friendly and attentive service and delicious pizza cooked in a wood fired pizza oven. Also liked that it was just a short stroll from the main tourist routes so it felt really chilled and relaxed by comparison. We really enjoyed our lunch here.

Walked around the town and came across this hidden gem. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The waiter was great. I do not speak Italian and he helped me pronounce the names of the dishes when I asked. The pizza was delicious and the beer was cold. Thank you for having my family in your establishment. Ver carta

Questo piccolo posto si trova in un albero-linen a pochi passi (2 minuti a piedi dal famoso trulli. Piccolo, ma carino. Tavoli all'aperto ombreggiati e musica di sottofondo. Molto gentile e gentile proprietario. Personale amichevole. Pizze buone e ben digeribili. Varia scelta nel menu. I prezzi sono onesti. Servizio rapido. Consigliato!

The staff is friendly and patient. The pizza was excellent. We have been to Italy ever summer for 15 years and this was one of the best pizzas. Fresh ingredients, and a lovely dough. The tiramisu was also very light and tasty. The restaurant is on a quieter square away from the craziness of the tourist streets. Wonderful place to have a drink and pizza.

per chi soggiorna a un masto è una pizzeria nel centro storico fuori dalle vie del trulli ma a pochi passi dalla bella zona. pizza come goto e il ripieno è in media, il problema a mio parere è il servizio lento e prendendo anche notato che spesso tutto rallenta perché ci sono i ritiri di persone locali che salutano cordialmente il proprietario. sicuramente bello ma investire 2 ore e mezzo per mangiare una pizza nel secondo giro (a 22) sembra un po 'troppo.
