"we were about five days in the hotel elbflorenz and thought to have met with this restaurant in the hotel in the black. this illussion was taken on the first night. the ambiente is pleasant, the colors harmonious, there are inside and outside places. but then: twice, orders of drinks were forgotten smoothly, there was versalzne suppe (wurde was exchanged, but then was not much better). After it became dark and we sat outside, neither the candle on the table was lit nor we were stretched. we then moved to the inside. there was no better way to go. the upper sat on the side table and joked with the guests there. a reference was not to think. we then persuaded a second above, which was quite funny, but the bad quality of the feed he could not make up. so you got inedible broth, which was not even baked in the dress. we also let this go back and then got toast slices. for these "Italian specialties" we then left 80 euros...In the building next to it and the city we found much better alternatives.The awarded points are based on the ambiente, the nice second above and the proximity to the hotel, but not due to the kitchen"

Habíamos reservado para la víspera de Año Nuevo, pero cuando llegamos al tiempo arreglado, nos dijeron que no había registro de nuestra reserva. La comida es buena, pero hay un menú limitado. El personal no está tan interesado en los clientes y ... fue muy difícil conseguir el agua del grifo. Lo manejamos eventualmente. No volveríamos allí si nos quedábamos de nuevo.
