"We were staying in the Premier Inn (approx 20 min walk) and chose this pub from the online reviews. It didn't disappoint. Even though it was a bit busy, as they had a musician booked for later in the evening, Laura looked after us and found us a great table. Food was as per the reviews we read, as it was excellent and good value. Would definitely call again when in this area."

Arrived quite close to the pub closing the kitchen, but absolutely no problem. The staff were wonderful in taking our main dessert order. Food arrived promptly! Lovely helpful, cheerful staff, food great! Will definitely return! Many thanks

Had their famous spicy wings and few beers. I moved to Glenfield two years back and tried all the pubs around. Forge Inn, Nags Head are also decent pubs but my heart is always with Railway Inn. Their chicken wings are so delicious and mouthwatering !! Must try !!!
