The food is fresh and comes with freshly baked bread. The meats are tender and juicy. The ambiance is great and the waitstaff is excellent, providing wonderful service and treating you nicely.

We were seated within seconds, our orders were taken soon as we were ready. Food was served in a timely manner, with a smile. Staff are friendly, polite and ensure you have a nice time being there. Food was delicious, and doggy bags provided for what we couldn't eat, very generous portion sizes.

Worst Turkish in Nottingham. If you like gentrified, over priced, tiny portions then this is for you. £10 lamb shish wrap with no lamb. Tiny diced shreds of lamb trimmings, and to top it off £2 for a bottle of water rip off. Go too Nergiz Bakery or Rotana for real food. Please contact me too sort this I’ve been coming for years but this afternoon was a complete rip off, I’d of took it back if I hadn’t driven home to eat it on my lunch break!

This is the second time I have eaten here and it has been great both times, first time we booked,last night we just popped in on the off chance. They did manage to squeeze us in however I would recommend booking just in case. It always seems to be busy, buzzing with a great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, even down to the ingredients in each dish . The complementary bread and dips is a great touch , last night we have the kebab plater for two, delicious would recommend and be going back, beautiful food, with an extensive menu, something for all tastes.

Our first time getting a takeaway (have you aten in before) and order taken quickly. Comfortable waiting area. Unfortunately we ended up with someone else's order and didn't realise until we'd taken it out to eat at the park. We rang and spoke to them and they not only got our order but told us to keep the other order! So much food. We shared it with some people in the park and we're very grateful for how quickly they sorted everything. Must have cot them quite a bit as an error, which is unfortunate, but can't fault the customer service one bit (and it made some.teenagers in the park very happy, as well as ourselves). Came in for a meal last night and the service really wasn’t up to scratch. It was a very busy evening, and the staff were not stood doing nothing by any means but the service needs polishing. We waited a long time for drinks and when we asked where they were we were asked who took the order. I don’t see how it’s relevant and time spent asking could be spent finding out where our drinks were. We got them eventually after another wait. Salad and bread came but had to ask for plates. The mixed shish was absolutely tiny for the money. The pieces of meat were minuscule and we were shocked. It did taste nice but the amount was not acceptable in my opinion.
