Was here approximately 1/2 year ago, and still to this day I think about this meal. The restaurant was homey and hospitable; food delicious and clean. Hope to come back soon.

You have to take the signature dish of this place. It is a must and the price/performance exceeds your expectations. Beef or horse...it doesn't really matter because both of them are delicious. One of the best meat experiences in my life.

5*. Great quality. The breaded schnitzel was very tasty and the fries also tasted good. Very good cuisine and the perfect refreshment after a long day of skiing. In addition, the prices are very good (by Swiss standards). There was nothing to complain about and I highly recommend it.

In diesem einfachen Restaurant wird man sehr freundlich und herzlich bedient. Einrichtung und Ambiente wie in einer typischen Schweizer Beiz, ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Das Entrecôte auf dem heissen Stein ist sehr gross und hervorragend. Alleine ist die ganze Portion kaum zu schaffen. Die Preise sind für das Saanerland günstig! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Für den grossen Hunger zu stillen ist man(n) hier an der richtigen Adressen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet lecker. Das Entrecôte auf dem heissen Stein ist der Hammer, extra gross (zwischen 500-600g) und zartes Fleisch. Die dazu gehörende Saucen sind sehr lecker, alle selbst gemacht, vor allem die Tabascosauce! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und speditiv. Der Koch ist der "burner", als Metzger zum Koch ist die beste Voraussetzung einer guten Küche.Das Ambiente ist klein aber fein. Natürlich ist das Restaurant eine älteres Gebäude, passt aber sehr gut ins Sannenland resp. das Tor zum Sannenland. Ver carta
