"Wunderschönes Ambiente inmitten der Burgmauern Neuleiningens. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und gesellig. Man hat sich direkt Wohlgefühlt. Toller, pünktlicher Service. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Zwischendurch wurde sogar gefragt ob die Gerichte zu schnell aufeinander kommen würden und die Speisen mit größerem Abstand gebracht werden sollten. Top! Die Speisen wurden bei jedem Gang genau vorgestellt und die passenden Weine dazu gereicht. Das Essen war sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich ein Traum. Sterneküche auf hohem Niveau. Mein Highlight war das Dessert welches aus Rhabarber und Himbeere in verschiedenen Texturen bestand. Die Jakobsmuschel und das Kalbsfilet waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würden jederzeit wieder herkommen!"

Thank you for an excellent menu! Each of the 9 courses was excellent and a pleasure. One highlight followed the next. Also reasonable price, although it was naturally raised, but for this kitchen I like to pay. The service was minimally forgetful with the non-alcoholic beverages, but that was treated professionally and also my praise. The wine tour was excellent for this and the demands were also answered very well. Altogether like that again.

Why does such a good and expensive restaurant NOT have air conditioning, the ventilation on great heat is NOT sufficient! If a restaurant expects casual elegant clothing from its guests, the uppers, despite white gloves, may be dressed casually, at least not necessarily to the desired high level. Why the table sets, unlike the elegant napkins, can be tedious, worn plastic things that lie on the wooden tables, does not reveal us. With the otherwise very good quality of food you should still work on this part of the ambience.
