"We were a group of 3 who enjoyed a 5 course Valentines menu. It was a surprise to find Atelier Brunet as we'd not known that the restaurant had changed hands. A real pleasant surprise with the Chef's wife who served us and was very...accomadating seeing that we had vegitarian requests and the menu was altered for us. David Brunet was the former Chef pastry master at L'Hermitage a Michellin starred restaurant and sought a new location to present his innovative cuisine. The dishes were all original and nice portions so that you'd not get full on the first and unable to eat the rest. Perfect size and a delight to the palette and eyes. As this restaurant is in the heart of the Lavaux (Swiss wine country), it makes full sense that they serve the local wines. They have a great collection to satisfy all tastes."

not great choice but okay. It was functional as we were staying here and had a busy say but I would have chosen to eat here otherwise

On n'est jamais déçu à l'atelier Brunet. carte entre 19 et 40€. très belle cave des crus de lavaux. belle présentation des plats. service souriant et efficace. rien à dire.

Would give a 5 but didn't because their hours are that they don't serve dinner after 2 only cold breakfast too pricey at $18 a person. Food is prepared presented with great delicacy perfect.

Plats très bien présentés et savoureux : un plaisir de tous les sens ! nous étions 11 à table, chacun avec des plats différents aussi beaux les uns que les autres. Une envie de revenir pour découvrir d'autres propositions de David Brunet. Service attentif et chaleureux, un lieu idéal pour une belle soirée !

J'y viens et y retourne avec plaisir. leur carte variée au fil des saisons est toujours originale "burger au saumon" (délicieux), savoureuse " filets de perche", typique "assiette valaisane de l'atelier", la cave est variée et locale, les produits sont toujours top qualité, et le service agréable. Ne passez pas sur la route du lac sans vous arrêter à l'atelier Brunet !

Assiette du jour à 24.- avec une salade, civet de cerf (lié au sang) spätzli frais, choux rouge braisés, marrons. Bien servi et très goûteux. Vin en bouteille servi au détail.Seul bémol, le cadre hyper moderne blanc et noir n'est pas très cosy et manque de couleurs, visité un jour gris avec de grandes baies vitrées ça jette un froid....Mériterai un cadre plus sympa et chaleureux.

Went to Atelier Brunet for an evening meal. The room, although is a hotel restaurant, has rather clinical feel to it. The service is amateurish, not professional at all (we were pointed to the coat cupboard and told to hang our coats ourselves on arrival)....The food is very average, salad not great and soaked in Italian sauce, costing CHF18 for the added two quail legs at the side. Very limited choice of wine (only local), heavily overpriced for the quality. Will not go there again.

J'ai fais connaître à satisfaction l'établissement à un fin connaisseur lors d'un repas d'affaires ce jour 10.11.2016, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proposition du jour : truite meunière et côte de porc à la moutarde, plats de grandes finesses et accompagnenemnt de vin du Lavaux, service chaleureux et attentif, mon hôte et moi-même félicitons le chef français David Brunet . Cadre recommandable pour repas d'affaires et sorties familiales et par beau temps n'oubliez pas de visiter la terrasse panoramique sur le toit !!! Michel- Suisse
