The good restaurants are rare in Thionville and Del Mar is by far the best. I've been here for a few years and I'm never disappointed: fresh products, well-filled plates. While prices are higher than in other restaurants, we know what we eat: the boss made the choice to serve only wild fish, so not fed with flour to the dubious composition, and "season".
