"This restaurant totally disappointed me. with my husband, we decided to eat restaurant, because big crowd in the area and in all the restaurants nearby. surprised to see that there were still places available, we settled. The reception was limited. Almost no hello, no look, no smile, no dialogue. clowns present to serve you, but to offer nothing, no suggestions made (from wine with your dish? a coffee with your dessert?). Besides, we ate a braised hamburger and a scratched pie with 2 beers pressure. as much as tell you that it took 30 minutes to get our aperos, while the restaurant ended its service. they had to be asked to get them, otherwise they would have been served with the dishes. We got 45 minutes later. A total shame! 3x the order has been requested again. (yes, I wish a gratiny). When we saw the dishes coming, we quickly realized that they were not fresh products, but frozen products sold at unacceptable prices! Pressure beers were really not good at all. At the end of the meal, we had not asked for dessert. They were so eager to get rid of and put out, that no one existed then. really a pity. staff not at all professional and far from being in the trade (although I was a waiter and in a large Alsatian restaurant). Lamentable!"
