"we went with family for the Mother's Day we took a menu at 38 €. very beautiful frame, beautiful decoration and staff was very friendly. But...Chutney duck foie gras and toasted bread: we had slices of very fine foie gras with spice bread (large surfaces) and no toasted bread. Then a cute little calf of calfskin gratin dauphinois and vegetables of the moment, I received a big piece of snacker calf recto-verso so it was almost raw. I asked the waiter to send it back to the kitchen to cook it again because I like the meat stabbing but not raw for a tartare but there was no! the dauphinois gratin not cooked, that is, the crunched potatoes under the tooth! (not only mine but those of my family too) the guys is a dauphinois gratin! You take a knife out of cooking to see if it’s tender and there you serve it!As for seasonal vegetables you have received small cubes of cooked carrots and a broccoli (choose I know more) but in all four pieces, I call it decoration and not seasonal vegetables!! I would have preferred a portion of beans cooked with butter! simple and effective!tiramisu with strawberry nothing to say! simple and effective the time to wait between the dishes have been a bit long to my taste for a imposed menu prepare I think in the kitchen, in view of the approximate cooking it will have to hang less time!"
