"despite reservation 20 minutes before the door in the cold waited, drinks came after the salat after another 3/4 hour. eating came then also cold with 10 roasted slices of kartoffel and a mini klecks tzaziki. a complaint would have brought nothing at these incredibly long waiting times. a declaration would have been enough that there are personal problems, but none of them was talking. Hope that there was a real exception!"
