we had bark fillet with crimped crust and steak from wagyu - meat quality very good, beilagen somewhat boring (2x puree that would have worn a little more spice, as well as the terrine). the dessert was pointed and great dressed, the service was excellent.

The food in this restaurant is of a very good quality, also the service is. The menu was rather limited. The atmosphere was nothing less than akward, this due to the complete and utter silence as there was no music nor sounds to hear. Except for your neighbors chewing and tapping their cutlery. I have never had this before. The prices are not really cheap but you get what you pay for.

the restaurant, which is connected to the same hotel, offers a really good logistics. Surrounded by much green. a kitchen worth a visit. we sat in the red salon, where the ambiente is also in order, in the next room, blue, after our feelings the atmosphere was a little very cold and pressing. the ordered dishes were a real joy, only the service power has forgotten the suppe, so there was the main course right after the appetizer. so many dishes were not available, so there was only one portion fish, but everything we had ordered was really creepy, a big praise to the chef and we like to come back.
