Good south China dishes in a simple but comfortable setting. Service was polite and professional. Inexpensive.

Great food at a very fair price. We lunch there and chosed the classic formule du jour. I ate pork with vegetables. Amaxing, very tasteful.

Had a dinner there because my parents wanted to have Chinese food and it was quite close to our hotel. The food were bad, one of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Don't waste your money! Ver carta

Westernised 'Cantonese-esque' food served in this simple but pleasant restaurant, with excellent value lunch and dinner menus and consistently good service. If you really feel the urge for a basic Chinese meal in this part of Paris, this is a safe option.

i was there with a group of chinese friends. we ate chinese food, of good quality, but presented in western way. the food is from all over china, not only shanghai or hangzhou like it;s written. service is good, and the place is a good deal for what you eat. just dont expect a real chinese resturant.

The prices were charged according to the dish and the weight, you choose your dinner from their display counter, then they packed/scaled your food items (cold) in clear plastic containers. then microwaved them in front of you and you must pay before you are told you to sit, then they brought the food to your table. There were four of us, two adults and two teenagers, The bill came out to be 89 Euro including 8 Euro for 2 liter Avian water.

After continually wasting money in Paris on what I would happily call Rubbish food, my husband and I ended up here. Considering the fact you are near the Lourve Museum in Paris, the food is very reasonably priced. The food was made fresh upon order so I'm of sure what another traveler's review was about in saying the food was on display and they microwave it in front of you... there wasn't even a cabinet to speak of. The portion of rice was quite small but everything was quite tasty.

On our week long honeymoon in Paris.. we were turned away from a popular souffle restaurant (even thought we had a 7:30pm reservation). Being late and hungry, we decided to ditch our fine dining plans for the evening and just "grab anything."We came across Le Shanghai and absolutely loved the food! It ended up being so good, that we went back 2x more on our honeymoon. Looking back, of all the places we ate that week -- and we did some pretty high-end places -- Le Shanghai was by far our favorite!The food is very good. The people are friendly and the prices are cheap. I highly recommend it! Ver carta
