The restaurant is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city. They offer place for bigger groups.Great choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. It's not far from the heart of town but away from a lot of the noise. The train station is nearby as well as good parking when visiting the city. Ver carta

I went there by advice of my colleagues and I was surprised by the special athmosphere. It's an ancient structure very well kept. I have been in Iran for times but I never ate so good. All dishes were delicious! Staff very nice...

I’ll keep it short: the food is amazing. If you want to try something different but not overdo it, if you love persian food and you value good service-try this restaurant! The staff is just a bonus so kind and attentive. The prices are...decent and you get good quality for your money.

We have visited Soraya a few times now, and apart from one time when it was very busy, the service has been impeccable. The food is outstanding and they have lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well. This time we went for lunch, which...was very reasonably priced and excellent food, as usual. The best lamb we have ever tried, so succulent and tender This really is one of the best restaurants I’ve dined in,...and such interesting unusual flavours and combinations.

We ate here because it looks appealing and a lot of people were already there. Great menue with something for everyone. We had a vegan mixed platter as a starter, which was nice and tasted great. Our mains were awesome as well, full of flavour...and beautifully presented. Very big portions, I couldn't finish mine. Friendly staff. We can highly recommend this place.

Soraya herself is always around and gets fully involved in front of house and makes guests welcome on arrival. Independently run restaurants like this always seem to me to demonstrate a care over food and service that chains just don't or can't. The food is...basically Iranian in origin but not basic. Well spiced meats, koftas and grills are partnered with rice and well flavoured side-salads. All well presented and the service is pleasantly attentive rather than overwhelming. For two you'll spend around with drinks and you're unlikely to leave hungry; most diners being of course German! Well worth booking ahead particularly if you're aiming for a Friday/Saturday dinner.
