"Schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung informierte man uns fairerweise, dass aufgrund fehlenden Personals in der Küche nur die reduzierte "Grillkarte" angeboten werden würde. Das war für uns eigentlich kein Problem. Das Essen hatte auf Tripadvisor ja gute Bewertungen. Als wir ankamen, war die Servicekraft beim Empfang jedoch recht unfreundlich. Auch bei der Bestellaufnahme. Wie angekündigt, konnten nur Gerichte von der Grillkarte geordert werden. Auch diese waren nicht mehr alle verfügbar. Was wir dann aber ordern konnten (Cheeseburger, Hähnchenschnitzel mit Beilagen) war wirklich sehr gut und schmackhaft. Preislich jedoch eher an der oberen Grenze. Auch die zweite Bedienung war auch um einiges freundlicher als die erste und schenkte uns sogar ein Lächeln. Dieses und das schmackhafte Essen haben uns wieder versöhnt. Wir kommen dann gern wieder, wenn das Angebot komplett und die Laune bei allen wieder besser ist."

"Einige haben hier geschrieben, dass wohl die guten Bewertungen daher kommen, weil man auf dem Dorf nichts anderes kennt. Dem kann ich ganz und gar nicht beisteuern !!! Wir sind schon mehrfach in Deutschland umgezogen und auch sonst nicht diejenigen, die von der Welt noch nichts gesehen haben. Also alles in allem haben wir schon viel gesehen, gegessen und erlebt, aber das hier kann man wirklich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Bruschetta war ein Traum und ich mag es sonst eigentlich nicht so gerne. Ich hatte die Nudeln mit Thunfisch und Kapern und ich konnte nicht meckern, es war sehr lecker. Sicher kommt das Ambiente hier nicht ganz wegen der Lage mit, aber mein Gott es gibt wohl schlimmeres, oder? Ich komme wieder :) DAUMEN HOCH"

"Abgesehen davon, dass das Essen gut ist - ist der Rest wirklich schlecht. Wir waren mit unserem Kind 1 1/4 Jahren zu Abend essen - hatten reserviert und fragten, ob wir denn draußen auch essen könnten, jedoch wurde uns pampig mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Okay - verstehen wir. Aber das man dann auch noch so schlecht behandelt wird - naja. Unser Kind war nicht sonderlich erwünscht - obwohl er eigentlich ruhig ist und kein Schreikind. Nach der Frage, ob denn eine Wickelmöglichkeit vorhanden sei, wurde sehr unfreundlich geantwortet: Nein, aber wir können ja in den leicht abgetrennten Nebenraum gehen- Wie zauberhaft.....Am Boden? Oder wo sollte man da jetzt wickeln. Bedienung war wirklich sehr sehr unfreundlich. Auch wird man im Stundentakt abgearbeitet..... Sowas ist uns noch nie passiert - das reißt auch nicht mehr das gute Essen raus - wobei ich denke mit etwas Übung kann man das auch selbst so kochen. Naja - wir kommen nicht mehr - werden es auch nicht unseren Freunden empfehlen....."

"The restaurant was uneasy in the side house of our holiday home. Very practical, we could go and were at home in no time. It was in the harbour road, near the port of Zingster. First attempt on the second day of the stay, on Sunday. Unfortunately, all tables have been booked. We were offered to see when a table was available in the next few days. Two days later, on Tuesday at 20.15, another table is free. Very nice, that came to our eating habits. On Tuesday at the specified time we found ourselves. We were led to a small table for two people. The place was well visited and one had to create a distance between the tables due to coronary conditions. First we were asked if we wanted an aperitif and called for some recommendations. Since the place was with a good selection of gin, we took a gin-containing aperitif. He was delicious and not too sweet. I had studied the menu on the internet before. There were German cuisine in the top area with appropriate prices, along with some fish recommendations on the daily map. The card was not too big, usually a good sign. There was also a proper selection of wines we did not use. We took a big bottle of water, two dark Flensburg beer. During the second visit we gave up beer, it was too much. Because we're not fish friends, we stopped at meat dishes. My companion chose the calf carving with supplements, I tried the beef burger with bribe, cranberries and supplements. Both dishes were delicious and generous. After dinner we could give ourselves a gin from the well-stocked map. You can enjoy it with Tonic or at a surcharge. We made him clean. Then there was room for a dessert. Pineapple cream with coconut chilisauce and curry cream popcorn for my companion and orange roll with variation of sorbet for me. I could choose the Sorbetsorte; I chose lemon. Both desserts were just as delicious as the main dishes. Finally we left the restaurant rich and satisfied. A week later we came back to dinner. We had reserved two days before and arrived on Tuesday, this time at 7.45. So we had a little more time because the place was closed at 22.00 (for Zingster conditions very late! . As a main dish we both took the veal carving this time. After that we had another gin, this time with Tonic. The operation came to the table with a large bottle of tonic and asked how much tonic we wanted to gin. Very attentive, because we did not want to “water the gin”. At the end of this time there were mascara chocolate cream with marinated fruits. There should be a show kitchen. In fact, there was an open kitchen in the right area. At normal times you can look more closely at your fingers. In Corona times this was not desired. The ambience was welcoming, with beautiful decoration and pictures of some celebrities on the walls. In summer you can sit on the terrace; by green plants that are shielded by visitors who pass outside. The services in the restaurant were friendly and attentive; how to expect it in a top-class restaurant. The restaurant is accessible to disabled persons. The toilets were flattering. I can't remember a disabled toilet. Who wants to eat here should reserve one or two days before. If you want to taste upscale cuisine in Zingst, we recommend a visit."

"Stylisches Restaurant in bester Lage an der Strandstraße. Nach schon kurzer Wartezeit bekommt man auch am Abend einen Platz im Außenbereich. Die Bestellungen laufen flott. Auf das Essen mussten wir nicht lange warten. Man kann hier keine kulinarische Offenbarung erwarten. Hier geht es ums Sattwerden und nicht um ein gepflegtes Abendessen. Entsprechend empfanden wir den Abend auch eher als ein Durchschleusen, was sich auch in dem unpersönlichen Service der MitarbeiterInnen zeigte. Das Essen war ok, aber wir würden hier nicht wieder hingehen. Es sei denn, wir wollen nur schnell satt werden."
