"We were a guest on Friday night and ordered the following dishes: ital. Schorteburger Forelle Müllerin pork medals on mushroom sauce with croquets Tagliata from beef on rocket salad with rosemary The Italian appetizer plate convinced that Schorteburger was alone with its sheer portion size and original style, tasteful he was ok. The trout milling cutter was unfortunately completely dry at the bottom, i.e. boiled too long and generally rather faded. The pork medals were more of the lowest level, especially because of the artificial bratsauce, tastefully inadequate, making the frozen croquettes perfectly freed. The Tagliata cow for good 30€ was nicely dressed, was fried at the point, but due to the low quality meat no one can be seriously recommended. This was also annoying by the rosemary aprons that were simply heated furlenders from the previous day. There is a point for great and original ambience, a point for the beautiful service, as well as another point for sweet food on the middle level. Overall, the price-performance ratio is inappropriate, from more demanding dishes or classics you should, probably due to the abilities of the kitchen as well as the quality of the ingredients. I'm pretty insecure when I come back to try pizza or pasta."

Eat well, but not good enough for the price. Besides, it was wrong. It used to be more beautiful and not so extremely full. We had to reserve weeks before. (Maybe it was the pre-Christmas)

The house is tasteful and elaborately furnished. Currently announced- you should reserve in advance, even under the week. Short waiting time. The pizza just tasted gigantic, didn't eat any better in Italy.

Goods for birthday down there. You can save yourself. Staff runs through the area with the facial sight and does not see if the beer is all. That we were there for our birthday was not registered. For coffee ok but for family celebrations never again!!!

A must when you're in the area. A short walk from Ilmenau, right next to the Schaubergwerk. The trout pool behind the house guarantees fresh fish. Friendly hosts and good food.
