"Normally we have the hotel in Torre del Mar but we definitely go to eat at this place, a typical traditional restaurant. The treatment is very nice, very familiar. The food is fantastic. We love to order corvina al espeto. They put it with a plate of tomato dressing. I think the owner's name is Salvador. He is an expert in the domain of the espeto. The fish comes out just right and is very fresh. Tomorrow we will go. I'm sure the experience will be very good too. When we have eaten the croaker, they give us two small bones from the ears of this fish that they say have analgesic powers if you wear them as a pendant or earrings,... One more reason to go. What a find! Beautiful food, great Spanish beach setting with locally caught fish at good prices. Only shame was that the owner seemed to be sad.... I do hope he cheers up for the next time I go! Small restaurant right on the beach. There is only a small road between them. The fish and seafood are always freshly caught. Top quality. There is a really large selection of fish, seafood and meat dishes. We had a whole turbot last time. Super fresh and very tasty. The paella is also highly recommended. The lubina and the dorade were well prepared. We asked for lubina without fries. Not possible! Served with fries as standard. We didn't want bread but we wanted alioli. Service not friendly. Ordered coffee and a chupito (without ice cream) for dessert. We got a copy limoncello with ice.!. When I said we ordered without ice he shrugged. The bill said pan € 2.__, which we had not had. . When I pointed that out she said it was for the couvert or no it was for the alioli. We do not feel treated as a guest.
