"what a “leckerer 3.Advent” in the mountainic country!!! The “Kirsch Rotkohl” from the last visit in november simply did not go out of my head and also did not “Portwein Soße” to the whole. so “tasteful and with so much love” cooked! if you live not far from baiersbronnn and thus in the vicinity of all stars, I know what I am talking about. we were here with the shiny ones this time, so we could try the other one. as an appetizer we wanted to share “cnusprige datteln im speckmantel auf s e l b s t crouted aioli”. mega ! for the waiter it was of course to bring all an extra dish and warm white bread. my wish for the dessert was already fixed this time. ‘Warmer chocolate cake with tonka bean ice cream’. so I chose a veggie dish: “Bandnudeln mit pastinaken karotten lauch in rahm und mit ziegengouda overbacken” winterlich, kreatiw, yammy!!! I was allowed to taste a perfect “Medium rare Rumpsteak” with a perfectly reduced “red wine schalotten sauce” at my man. but the “Congnac Soße” of my mother-in-law to the filetsteak was just as fine adorned. simply well cooked! our waiter was really very attentive and friendly. so we were asked for more drinks before the last swallow was drunk. I can recommend this “traditional mountainous house with exposed shelves” on several flats only anyone looking for the upscale kitchen at a very good price performance ratio. if you’re already here... in any case still buy the “best pralinen ever” for the homeway at Café wild. we are happy to come back!"
