"excellent connubbio between cost and type of course. We had lunch with really tasty and well cooked dishes, typical German cuisine watered by really good beer from them produced and sweet quite interesting and delicious. Be careful that some courses are really abundant!!!! The service was kind, helpful and fast. Clean premises with the possibility to see the production of beer, since the containers for fermentation, pipes and measuring instruments are behind large transparent glass. The room rents, on the upper floors, also rooms with possibility of breakfast (I don't know if half board or not). Know that if there are not enough places you are accustomed to sharing the table with other people, for us it was a beautiful thing that haunted to meet other people and chat lovingly."

"Absolute must when you're in this charming city. The staff is more than friendly and accommodating. The guest garden offers plenty of space to sit - no matter how to eat or just watch the drive on the street and enjoy a drink. The food was excellent and the portions are, for the price, very big! All in all: Thanks for the pleasant, relaxed, fun, tasty and hospitable time with you at Luis!! 10 stars!"

"I was on business in dinkelsbühl and I had lunch with my colleagues at lunchtime. the ratio of price performance was excellent. we had even noticed the mittahsabgevot for only 5,90€ and it was delicious. especially the pasta portion was very large (see picture). the location was very clean and the service friendly. I was very happy and would recommend it! (see also pictures)"

"my friend and I stayed in the heart of dinkelsbuhl and had to eat some evening, so we went to the hotel German house and were not disappointed by our choice. the dining room was very warm and welcoming with its old wooden beams and its painted walls and cover. the waitress was helpful in the wine selection and made helpful suggestions for dinner. I had wild boar chops that, with a word, were unbelievable. The chops were fleshy, juicy, and I have exposed the bones! my friend had half a carp that they put on the table and ask if they want him with or without head. . she went without head and was served. she loved it, though she needed a bit to get through the huge portion, as there were so many bones to pick. the prices were a bit high, but it was a quieter, elevated restaurant, so it was to expect a bit. they just know when they go in. I would recommend to eat here if they were lucky to be in this beautiful little town."

"War mal ne tolle Pizzeria. War mal ! Der Service ist inzwischen unterirdisch. Ich bekam nachdem ich lediglich ein Gericht abgeholt hatte mein Wechselgeld auf den Tisch geknallt. Kein Ciao , nichts ! Ganz schön launisch, Eure männliche Bedienung ! Leider kann ich keine 0 Punkte geben. Sorry, aber wer mit seiner Kundschaft SO um geht, schiesst sich früher oder später selbst ins Knie. Wir waren im Bekanntenkreis oft dort und zufrieden, aber das war nun das letzte Mal. Sehe nicht nur ich so. Es gibt Gott sei Dank einige super Alternativen. Wo man noch nett behandelt wird..."
