L'esperienza di mangiare dei piatti preparati da uno chef con 2 stelle Michelin è unica, accoppiata ad un ambiente accogliente ed elegante ed un servizio eccellente è impareggiabile. Fantastico!

Eine Rezension für ein 3 Hauben und 2 Sterne Restaurant zu schreiben ist sehr schwierig und ich werde es auch nicht tun. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es war ein sehr gelungener und schöner Abend. Auf eine kleine Bemerkung unsererseits wurde sofort reagiert, was wirklich nicht notwendig gewesen wäre – wirklich perfekt Gratulation!

Ottimo ristorante stellato. Locali e Salette in stile e molto ben arredate. Il personale molto professionale, competente e gentile. Il menù con piatti ben studiati per un ottimo percorso gastronomico. La carta dei vini ben fornita e copre tutte le eccellenze dai vini locali ai nazionali ed esteri. Gradita la visita finale dello chef. Sicuramente da consigliare per una cena da ricordare.

La location inusuale per un due stelle. Lo staff abituato alla clientela 'tedesca ' é stato all 'altezza, cordiale e professionale. I piatti sono tutti molto razionali, ricercati, bilanciati e contraddistinguono una 'visione ' culinaria precisa. Ingredienti di alta qualità, preparazioni di alto livello che ne esaltano la freschezza. Il menù degustazione un must per assaporare l 'intero percorso. Somelier giovane ma di grande esperienza e passione.

Wunderschönes 3 Sterne Restaurant. Die Stube ist intim und sehr schön. Die Atmosphäre war toll und meine Frau und ich haben es sehr genossen. Der Service top aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich! Die Weinempfehlungen der Sommelier waren toll! Zu dem Degustationsmenu, kann ich nur sagen toll abgestimmt! Die Vorspeisen waren toll! Die Garnele perfekt zubereitet! Die Wildpralinie war sehr lecker. Absolutes Highlight der Fisch! Wow! Auch die Nachspeisen waren alle sehr schön und perfekt abgestimmt zubereitet. Alles in allem ein perfekter Abend zu zweit mit vorzüglichen Wein und perfekt zubereiteten Speisen. Gerne Wieder!!

This was my second visit and it was worth it once again. The chef‘s creations are all unique and dished like artworks. In comparison to my last visit really only the time between the courses changed positively. Previously you had downtimes of up to 40 min between courses, now there is a maximum of 10 min between each course. The menu is filled with plenty of intermediate little „amuse bouche‘s“ to refresh your taste for the upcoming dish. Service is excellent, very fast and competent. Chef Peter Girtler even visited the guests during the menu to ensure everything is fine. He is a very humble person, which i very appreciate over other more show off personalities.
