This hotel is always worth an overnight stay, stayed overnight on May 28th 29th, 2024, had a wonderful room on the 14th floor with a fantastic panoramic view and beautiful furnishings, thank you for that, it couldn't be nicer. The service was also top notch. Unfortunately, the breakfast offering wasn't as good as I know it from previous visits. It's actually a shame, but that's probably due to the economic situation. the swissotel in neuss is a very good hotel for seminars, events and meet any kind of kind. the rooms are very clean and well furnished. the lobby bar had a very well equipped bartender at this time. we had some pictures to sleep here. at the time we could see from our room the television tower of düsseldorf and had a beautiful view of the Rhine. in front of the hotel there is a large parking lot, which is also part of the hotel. unfortunately this is not designed. eating and service in the hotel are very good. it is true that some employees come a little zigzag, but all were always really helpful here. that the hotel does not hurt. which is correspondingly treated as such. the prices here a...

If there were 0 stars i would give it to this hotel. Very bad service i came for 2 days and asked how it worked for parking. I parked a couple hours in there parking to bring inside my stuff and then asked the workers that there is free parking just 10 meters outside the hotel if it matters that i go there instead of paying 24€ they said no problem we won’t charge your card for the parking i thanked them en they just laughed after i went on. 2 days after i left the hotel they took 48€ of my bank account??? I sent a couple mails first mails they said that indeed they were not going to charge my card and then i asked alright you said it again in the email give me then back my 48 euro now 3 wee...
